Job Title: Tow Truck Operator / Wrecker Driver
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Tow Truck Operator to join our team. You will be the face of our company, providing prompt roadside assistance, safely towing vehicles, and delivering excellent service to motorists in need.
Key Responsibilities
Operate flatbed or hook-and-chain trucks to transport vehicles.
Provide roadside services: jump-starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and tire changes.
Ensure all safety protocols and DOT regulations are followed.
Document services rendered, including taking photos of vehicles for damage assessment.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned towing equipment.
Qualifications
Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (Class A or B) preferred.
Previous experience in towing, recovery, or roadside assistance.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment.
Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
