Please read the full description:

This RV has been almost entirely remodeled. The inside looks nothing like the original . It's definitely more like a tiny house than an RV, must see to appreciate it!

This was a project that was nearly completed, then the pandemic brought it to a halt, so we used it as a zoom office. Unfortunately it's just been sitting for several years. We realize now it's time to let it go. It will need a few things to be finished or repaired. But even as is, this would make a beautiful tiny home. The roof and roof decking were replaced in 2021, so there are no leaks in the main living area. We removed the AC to put the roof on and never put it back on. We just used a portable AC. While it has sat it seems a leak has developed somewhere on the slide. There is a basketball sized soft spot on the floor of the slide, and there is some discoloration and warping on the wall of the slide. If you plan to park this under cover, it will not be an issue, but otherwise you will need to address it. We converted the bunk room to a walk-in closet, but it can be easily converted back to a 2nd bedroom. The carpet in the bunk room is stained from an old leak that has since been repaired. We have the carpet to replace it, we just never got around to it.

This RV has a washer and dryer, but we never got around to hooking them up.
Standard toilet, Pex piping, converted tub and shower, smart tv, extra tv, barn door, extra queen memory foam mattress, and many other extras. We have never stayed in the Rv

It does have some cosmetic issues from sitting. Some of the wallpaper is peeling from humidity. These don't affect the usage but if you're a stickler you'll want to address those things as well. We always intended to repaint the outside, and unfortunately never did that either.

Included is an adapter to convert from a fifth wheel to gooseneck. It will need to be welded or bolted on. Also included is the stabilizer tripod shown in the pictures.
We will also include two extra spare tires. Ready for transport.

There are too many upgrades to mention but please feel free to reach out with any questions, and check out our other listings.
