The space:
You'd have your own private room in a shared house with some pretty cool roommates. There's this awesome common area up on the third floor where everyone hangs out sometimes. We've got a little kitchenette up there too - microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, all that good stuff. Plus there's a full-size fridge so you won't be playing Tetris trying to fit your groceries.
The internet's solid (both ethernet and WiFi), so whether you work from home or just want to binge Netflix without that spinning wheel of death, you're all set.
The deal:
Looking for someone who can stick around at least 3 months, but honestly longer is better for everyone involved. You'd need first month + security deposit to move in. We do run background checks and ask for references - nothing too intense, just want to make sure we're all a good fit.
The vibe:
Pretty chill household overall. People will chat in the common area, sometimes cook dinner together, but everyone's good about respecting personal space when you need it. There's a designated smoking area on the third floor if that's relevant to you.
