This is a large home in the historic district I have rented 2 rooms since 2000. The rooms are fully furnished including linens. I provide a contenial breakfast Monday thru Friday. The rooms each enter directly to a shared bathroom. Each room has a small refrigerator, coffee/tea set up, desk, file cabinet, Wi-Fi, large closet, and room darkening curtains. In- house w/d. Kitchen use ok. May use dining and living area, safe off-street, lighted parking area. I require verifiable employment or school registration, full name, previous address and drivers license. Beautiful balcony next to rooms. No smoking or drinking in the house. Smoking on the balcony OK. No pets. WiFi
