Searching for an experienced, dedicated admin proficient in task fulfillment and achieving weekly production targets.
*Must be good with Google Sheets, answering/making phone calls, managing inventory, assisting agents, hitting weekly production goals and completing daily tasks given*
Work Hours: 9am-3pm Mon-Fri (30 hours a week) Must clock in.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Inventory Management/Pushing Production
Daily office/location inventory inspections with local agents.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing dedication and reliability.
Ability to execute tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on weekly production targets.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate efforts and foster a productive work environment.
