I own several rental properties in the area and need dependable workers for a 2–3 day project, with the possibility of ongoing work at my other properties if you do a good job.
Start Time: Tomorrow at 12:00 PM SHARP
Handyman / Land Clearing
Pay: $25/hour
Looking for someone who:
* Has their own tools
* Can trim trees and brush
* Can clear overgrown land
* Can move and haul tree limbs and debris
* Has basic plumbing skills (leaks, faucets, toilets, faucets, repairs, etc.)
* Is hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in their work
House Cleaner ( women)
Pay: $18/hour
Looking for someone who:
* Has experience cleaning rental homes
* Pays attention to detail
* Can work independently
* Is reliable and punctual
Requirements
* Must arrive tomorrow at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Gerson St., Silsbee, TX.
* Reliable transportation is required.
* Handyman/land clearing applicants must bring their own tools.
* This is initially a 2–3 day job, with the opportunity for more work at several of my rental properties.
