Wood rot repair, SAND, and paint exterior $1,000 (can increase to $1,200 if install 2 windows)
Roof replacement $250 for just the back portion, or $1,000 for entire roof.
Windows(several glass panes broken or missing) repair $200
Sheetrock repair(Float/texture primarily just one bedroom corner), hang 3-4 interior doors, and Paint Entire interior, walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, trim. $1500
1 small bathroom partial remodel. Brand New tub & Tile surround with hardibacker board, New shower valve, new toilet, new sink (original cabinets/ vanity), tile floor - $1,000
1900sqft of new click and lock vinyl plank flooring installation, including replacing several soft spot subflooring. $1,000 (This is the LAST TASK)
Granite Cut install in kitchen and 1 small bathroom. $400
