Replace 15-20% rotted wood exterior (around 5-6 sheets of exterior 4x8), SAND full exterior, and Exterior paint - $800
Plumbing - Connect tankless hot water heater (in closet) with 2 in line stop valves, add exterior main line stop valve, Set and connect plumbing 2 bathroom shower tubs, one tub faucet, and 2 wall shower valves, 2 toilet replacing, and change kitchen sink/dishwasher, and 2 bathroom sink stop valves, $700, with additional $200 cushion for any potential leaks/busted lines when opening the water.
Replace/repair any damaged sheetrock (around 8-10 sheets), texture/float, and paint entire interior walls, ceiling, doors, trim, cabinets, hang and paint 5-6 interior doors $1,250
1,000sqft vinyl plank and 440 sqft tile installation, several areas of week subfloor / soft spot repair and 2 front rooms slight level correction $1,250
Any trash must be bagged(contractor bags) and placed out front by the street, Payment will be made in Stages/DRAWS at completion if EACH task, not before. Scammers and hustlers please stay away I'm not paying daily or whenever you ask for money the max you'd get is gas money to come back and finish the task the next day, contract will be signed and full payment (minus any small gas money draws) will be made at 100% completion of each task.
