A valet trash collection associate is responsible for picking up bagged household garbage from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to the community’s on-site disposal area and maintaining the dumpster area. The role requires consistent service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening hours.
*Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs consistently
- Ability to climb stairs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smart phone to take photo and send with email
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time-management and independence
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking multiple flights of stairs
- Professional, courteous communication with residents and property staff
