Looking for HVAC licensed person to open CITY permit for mini splits, and call in final inspection once work is completed.
I am personally installing 9 mini splits, 1 ton (12,000 btu).
$400 for opening the permit and calling in final inspection in a few days.
You must be licensed EPA HVAC contractor, must register with city of beaumont (free), they may need copy of your general insurance OR Bond info. I am capable of installing myself, I simply need permit opened and final inspection scheduled. if you are not HVAC licensed, please do not respond.
