Looking for someone who can assist in managing a 10 unit apartment building in Beaumont next to Lamar. Can have reduction in rent or flat fee of 7% of collected rent. We want you to be handy with tools and have own transportation. Duties would include picking up rent and bring to bank, showing prospective tenants units, either remotely or in person. Can make extra by doing maintenance ($20-25/hr) This person would need to go to property a few times a week.
