Construction Laborer Needed – Overnight Work (Groves, TX)

Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (overnight shifts)
Project Duration: ~22 weeks (phase-based work)
Per Diem: $200/week (paid even during off weeks when on standby)
Work will be on-call between phases, meaning:
You may work consecutively for a period (ex: 1–2 weeks)
Then be off until the next phase begins
Per diem continues during standby, but hourly pay applies only when working
Responsibilities:
General labor duties on active construction site
Heavy lifting and material handling
Moving equipment and site cleanup
Assisting crews with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior construction/labor experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Must be dependable and able to follow instructions
PPE required (hard hat, vest, boots, etc.)
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Must be available for in-person interview
