We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman / Groundskeeper to maintain and care for a residential property as if it were their own. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while taking pride in the appearance and functionality of the home and grounds.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience with general labor and property maintenance, including routine yard work, landscaping upkeep, and groundskeeping. Required skills include painting, trim and molding work, basic carpentry, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks. The position also involves house cleaning, organization, and overall property care to ensure the home is well maintained, clean, and presentable at all times.
This is a Monday through Friday position, 30 to 40 hours per
week. Candidates must be dependable, trustworthy, and capable of managing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Experience maintaining a private residence or estate is preferred. Location is very close to st Elizabeth hospital
