This is a 1099 independent-contractor role with potential for steady weekly clients, bi-weekly pay via direct deposit, and flexible scheduling that lets you build a caseload around your life. Sessions are typically 1 to 1.5 hours at the client’s residence.

Since 2005, Health Care Therapies has been a trusted agency providing specialized therapeutic services to clients of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to improve quality of life for children and adults living with Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other medical concerns. Our therapists are the heart of what we do.
As an HCT therapist, you’d be:
• Matched to clients based on your experience and the client’s needs
• Traveling weekly to client residences for 1–1.5 hour sessions
• Coordinating with families, caregivers, and (when relevant) physicians
• Bringing professional judgment and a calm, consistent presence to every visit
• Keeping up with required session paperwork so we stay compliant with state agencies
Who we’re looking for (by role)
Massage Therapists
• Active Massage Therapy license in the State of Texas (LMT) — required.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
• Ability to bring and transport your own table/equipment.
Music Therapists
• Board certified (MT-BC) through the Certification Board for Music Therapists — active credential required.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
• Ability to bring your own instruments/materials as needed.
Recreation Therapists
• Board certified (CTRS) through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) — active credential required.
All roles also need:
• Reliable transportation to client residences.
• A strong commitment to consistency — no-shows and last-minute cancellations are tough on our clients.
What we offer
• $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience and discipline
