Our hens are antibiotic-free, pesticide-free, cage-free, and free-range—which is a lot of “free,” though unfortunately the eggs themselves are not. (The chickens unionized. We lost.)
$5 per dozen if you bring your own carton
$6 per dozen if you need one
Eggs are clean but unwashed, which means they’re shelf-stable and naturally protected—just give them a rinse before using, or don’t.
Need eggs for boiling?
Ask if we have aged eggs available. Fresh eggs are great at many things—peeling cleanly is not one of them. two week old eggs, however, know their role and cooperate.
