What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for capturing clear, well-lit photos that accurately show the condition and layout of the property.
Interior:
Take 3 photos of each room
Capture different angles (corners, entry view, layout perspective)
Ensure good lighting and clarity
Exterior:
Take 2–3 angles of the outside of the home
Include front, sides, and backyard (if applicable)
Important Details (VERY IMPORTANT):
Take close-up photos of any damage, wear, or concerns
Capture water heater, furnace, electrical panel, and major systems
Highlight anything a buyer/investor would want to see
Requirements:
Must have an iPhone
Ability to take clear, steady, well-lit images
Attention to detail (this is important)
Must be reliable and able to follow instructions
Bonus if you have experience with real estate photography
Deliverables:
All photos delivered the same day (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
Organized and labeled (or at least easy to sort through)
