I'm just seeing if there is any interest right now....
I just moved to TX and I may be buying a few fixer upper houses around Beaumont and surrounding areas. I need a skilled carpenter/contractor/jack of all trades, who wants to work some weekend projects fixing up the homes. You need to know a little bit about everything or be able to follow youtube instructions :) Framing/carpentry/insulation/drywall/mud/flooring/new electrical & plumbing fixtures etc.
Payment will be in cash but your fees need to be REASONABLE. This will not be a full time job.
