Pro series Mercury 40hp ELPT 2 stroke outboard. Has power tilt/trim, electric start, 120psi compression on all 4 cylinders. New water pump, new spark plugs, new fuel pump and carbs have been cleaned. Lower unit has been serviced. Motor runs great. Also have a second brand new propeller for it. I repowered our boat with a bigger motor. Also have the controls for it. Title in hand.
