1950's or 60's. The frame has the Low Drop tubings to cross your feet over them easily, that's great! The shiny chrome steel wheels are brand new and has a coaster brake rear hub. The new extra nice quality red wall tires are size 26x2.125. You get one of the 2 seats to choose from, both are nice and the one on the floor is from many years ago and is big and wide and thick with plenty springs and cushion, a seat of the past.
