INVESTOR (S) NEEDED - BUILDING HOMES (BEAUMONT AREA)
Home builder looking for an investor or investors. I had an issue with my last partner. He was my brother that left me in a bind. We have been building and selling homes for the last 4 years. I am looking for an investor and possible permanent partner or partners. I don't owe any banks from doing these houses. All my houses have sold before even finishing them. I was able to finish most homes within 6 months.
My proposition is to find an investor or investors to share equally in the profits. We would put contract together. We could put property in your names, if possible, with good credit. Not that they need good credit to be a partner. I could share closing documents at time of sales. They show that I buy land and build homes and then sell them at a profit. The least amount of profit has been 50k. My investor would get the full investment back plus half the profit of the sale. I have a full-time job the earns 6 figures. I am willing to show current paycheck stubs. I am looking for an honest person that is willing to invest short term or long term.
