I have an extra bedroom that I'd like to rent out here in Orange... It's a 2 bedroom townhouse with 1 bath... The price is $400 and you can move in now for $200...

Now here's some IMPORTANT things you should know first:

I AM a 23 year old gay white guy... If' you're an attractive black guy, with a big dick that fucks around on the DL I would give you a discount on the rent... My definition of attractive and yours might be different, so in that case I'll need a pic... Otherwise just ignore that sentence...

I'd prefer not to have another gay male roommate if I can help it... I will consider it though... Would very much prefer a female, or an open minded guy (no you don't have to fuck around with me, just not be paranoid)...
Basically I don't want anyone to move in that's going to screw anyone I want, I talk to, I'm currently screwing, I'm planning on screwing, I'm thinking about screwing, I fantasize about screwing, etc. You get the point... Nor do I want anyone that's going to bug me or preach to me... I mind my business, you mind yours! :)

Now Here's Everything The Apartment Has... And Doesn't Have... And A Simple Request:

#1- Your $400 includes all the bills and everything else here... You never have to worry about splitting electricity or anything else...

#2 - I have basic cable and I do have wireless RoadRunner going throughout the apartment... So you can sit in your bedroom and browse all the porn your "heart" desires! Or anything else for that matter!

#3 - My apartment is pretty damn empty... No couches or anything like that... Your room is NOT furnished... So bring your own bed... Or buy a blow up :] (blow up bed that is... lol)

#4 - I have a really kick ass washer and dryer... They are a nerds dream washer and dryer! They'll remove any gross and embarrassing stains on or near your clothes! You can use them all you want... Until all those stains you don't want anyone knowing about are all gone!

#5 - I DO have a stupid ass dog... It's a Shih Tzu and he's dumb... His name is Ewok... He will lick you to death and will shit in your bedroom if you don't leave your door shut... He will also steal your dirty panties, bras, boxers, or anything else he can fit in his mouth... He's loving... But he's stupid... You Have Been Warned

#6 - I don't smoke (anything)... If you smoke (anything) it's cool as long as you do it in your room... I don't trip...

#7 - Please DO NOT flush your pads, tampons, douche bottles, used condoms, condom wrappers, broken sex toys or anything else gross down the toilet... The damn thing barely wants to work as it is now... So refrain from doing those... I will provide a trash can next to the toilet... Feel free to throw anything away... No Questions Asked ;)
